§ 2A:44-141 — Payment by public agency into court
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The public agency may at any time during the pendency of the action pay into the superior court the amount which it admits to be due the principal contractor upon the contract. The contractor or claimants shall not be precluded thereby from seeking judgment for a further sum. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
