§ 2A:40-9 — Conveyances or transfers of property in pursuance of lottery void

New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Every conveyance or other transfer of any property, real or personal, made in pursuance of any lottery prohibited by the laws of this state, shall be void and of no effect. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
