§ 2A:39-7 — Title not inquired into; defense of 3 years possession
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Title shall not be an issue in any action commenced under this chapter. 3 years peaceable possession by the defendant shall be a defense to the action. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
