§ 2A:27-3 — Continuing liability on bond
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
A judgment in an action upon an official bond, although satisfied and discharged of record, shall not operate to discharge the public officer or his sureties from liability on the bond; but new actions may be commenced on such bond as often as circumstances require. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
