3.As used in this act: "Arbitral award" means an award signed by an arbitrator that may be the result of a settlement in arbitration, mediation, conciliation or other form of dispute resolution that involves the assistance of a neutral. "Center" means any center organized as a non-profit entity, whose principal purpose is to facilitate the resolution of international business, trade, commercial, and other disputes between persons by means of arbitration, mediation, conciliation, and other means as an alternative to litigation. "Person" means an individual, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, limited liability company, association, joint venture, government, public corporation, or any other legal or commercial entity, including any government subdivision, agency, or in
