Text
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, which shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $1,000, or by imprisonment for not more than 1 year, or by both such fine and imprisonment. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
