2A:20-3. Any person arrested as stated in N.J.S.2A:20-2 and who has given the bond therein prescribed, may bring an action in a summary manner for his discharge under this chapter in the Superior Court. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344; amended 1991,c.91,s.77.
