§ 2A:19-45 — Corporation deemed resident of what county
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
2A:19-45. A corporation making a general assignment shall be deemed, for the purposes of this chapter, a resident of the county in which its principal office is located. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344; amended 1991,c.91,s.72.
