Text
The assignee shall, after filing the inventory and valuation, forthwith enter into bond in such amount as the court may fix, for the faithful performance of his trust. The bond shall be filed with the clerk of the court. In case at any time the security given by any assignee under this chapter shall be shown to be insufficient, the court shall direct him to give such additional security as it shall deem proper. Every bond given under this section shall run to the superior court.
