When any such license or order is revoked it shall be done by an order in writing signed by the Governor and filed with the State Parole Board. The form of such order shall be prescribed by the Governor. Upon the signing of such order, the Governor shall issue his warrant for the arrest of the convict to or for whom such license or order was granted, and his or her return to the place of confinement from which he or she was released thereunder. The warrant may be served by any person authorized to serve criminal process in any county in the State. The convict to or for whom such license or order was or may be granted, when returned to the place of confinement from which he or she was released thereunder, shall be detained therein according to the terms of his or her original sentence; and,
