§ 2A:163-4 — Definitions

New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE

As used in this act: a. "Child" means a person 13 years of age or younger at the time a crime was committed against the child.

b."Victim" means a child who suffers personal, physical, or psychological injury as a result of a crime committed against that child. L. 1987, c. 148, s. 1.
