§ 2A:159A-10 — "Appropriate court," definition
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The phrase "appropriate court" as used in the agreement on detainers shall, with reference to the courts of this State, mean any court with criminal jurisdiction. L.1958, c. 12, p. 42, s. 2.
