Text
The Public Defender, the deputy public defender, the assistant deputy public defenders and investigators attached to the Office of the Public Defender shall have the power to administer oaths and affirmations in relation to any matter within the jurisdiction of the Office of the Public Defender. L.1968, c. 371, s. 2, eff. Dec. 27, 1968.
