§ 2A:155-6 — Lawfulness of arrest
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Section 2A:155-4 of this title shall not be construed so as to make unlawful any arrest in this state which would otherwise be lawful. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
