Text
In the event a search warrant is sought pursuant to Section 1 of this act, all applications to the court for such warrants shall be approved in advance of their submission by the Attorney General or the prosecutor of the county in which execution of the warrant will take place. L.1979, c. 488, s. 2, eff. Feb. 28, 1980.
