§ 2A:50-19 — Sale of mortgaged premises by sheriff or other officer
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
In all foreclosure actions the sheriff or other officer directed to sell mortgaged premises shall make such sale and report thereof and execute such conveyance as the court shall order and direct. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
