Text
The amount of the lien of the physician or dentist for services rendered to a person as a result of an accident shall be based on the reasonable value thereof, but not to exceed twenty-five per centum (25%) of the amount of any award, report, decision, judgment or settlement to the injured person. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344; amended by L.1953, c. 163, p. 1413, s. 2, eff. May 15, 1953.
