Text

A person taking possession of real property, without the consent of the owner or without color of title, and willfully and without force holding or detaining the same after demand and written notice given for the delivery of the possession thereof, by the owner or person entitled to possession or right to possession shall be guilty of an unlawful detainer. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
