§ 2A:167-6 — Form of application

New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Applications for commutation of sentences, other than death sentences, or for the restoration of rights or privileges, or for the suspension or remission of any fine or forfeiture, shall be made upon forms prescribed by the governor. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
