a.The board of directors for the nonprofit New Jersey Fire Museum and Fallen Firefighters Memorial reorganized and established pursuant to section 1 of P.L.2021, c.463 (C.28:2-26.1) shall have the power to make, amend, and repeal rules and bylaws for its own governance and guidance, for the administration of the museum and its collections, and in furtherance of the purposes set forth in section 1 of P.L.2021, c.463 (C.28:2-26.1) that are not inconsistent with State and federal law. L.2021, c.463, s.3.
