The following enumerated acts creating and establishing boards or commissions for the control, custody, care and preservation of the memorials, monuments and sites, transferred by section 28:1-13 of this title to the historic sites commission, are, in so far as they create and establish such memorials, monuments and sites and provide for their care, maintenance and repair, saved from repeal: Hancock House.
