§ 28:1-14 — Acts saved from repeal

The following enumerated acts creating and establishing boards or commissions for the control, custody, care and preservation of the memorials, monuments and sites, transferred by section 28:1-13 of this title to the historic sites commission, are, in so far as they create and establish such memorials, monuments and sites and provide for their care, maintenance and repair, saved from repeal: Hancock House. L.1931, c. 230, p. 578, entitled "An act appointing a commission to purchase the Hancock House at Hancock's Bridge, in the township of Lower Alloways Creek, Salem county, making an appropriation for the purchase of the same and providing for the care and management thereof," approved April twenty-seventh, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one. Wallace House. L.1931, c. 45, p. 93, entitled "An act to appropriate funds for the care, maintenance, treating, repair and perpetuation of the headquarters of General George Washington in 1778-1779, known as the Wallace House, in the borough of Somerville, Somerset county," approved April sixth, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one. Dey House.
