8.The department, in cooperation with the Department of Commerce, Energy and Economic Development, the Department of Environmental Protection, and the Department of Education, shall develop a comprehensive public education program on the benefits of travel demand management. The public education program shall focus its efforts on the driving public and it shall be an element of the travel demand management program. L.1992,c.32,s.8.
