§ 26:9-9 — Abatement by local authorities
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
In case the landowner fails to comply with such order, the local board or county commission shall abate such nuisance in the manner provided in article 3 of chapter 3 of this title (s. 26:3-45 et seq.).
