§ 26:9-13 — Extermination commission; appointment
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The board of chosen freeholders of each county shall appoint a board of commissioners to be known as "the (here insert name of county) county mosquito extermination commission" for the county. Amended by L.1948, c. 383, p. 1564, s. 1.
