§ 26:6-66 — Short title.
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
1.This act shall be known and may be cited as the "New Jersey Hero Act," referring to individuals who donate life-saving and life-enhancing organs and tissues. L.2008, c.48, s.1.
