Text
The transit permit shall be issued upon a form prescribed by the State Department, signed by the local registrar, and shall set forth: a. That the body has been prepared for transportation in every particular as required by law and the rules of the State Department; b. The places from which and to which the body will be transported; and c. The name of the person, if any, authorized to accompany the body in its transit. Amended by L.1951, c. 82, p. 474, s. 2.
