7.An organ procurement organization may perform ongoing medical record reviews of all deaths occurring in an acute care hospital licensed pursuant to P.L.1971, c.136 (C.26:2H-1 et seq.), for the purpose of determining body part donation potential by hospital. L.1995,c.257,s.7.
