§ 26:6-40 — Powers of municipal authorities and local board
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The municipal authorities or local board or their properly authorized agents may at all times enter any cemetery or burial ground within the limits of their jurisdiction, examine into the condition of the same, and ascertain whether the laws regulating it are duly observed. Amended by L.1965, c. 78, s. 25.
