Text
The person in charge of any premises on which an interment is made shall indorse, over his signature upon the burial or removal permit, or transit permit, the date of interment and shall return the permit so indorsed or the detachable portion of the transit permit, if any, to the local registrar of his district within 10 days from the date of interment, or within the time fixed by the local board. Amended by L.1965, c. 78, s. 19.
