Text
The funeral director shall attach such portion of the transit permit as is directed thereon to the box containing the corpse when shipped by any transportation company. The remaining portion of the transit permit shall be delivered to the passenger in charge of the corpse. This portion of the transit permit shall be delivered to the person in charge of the place of burial or other disposition. Amended by L.1965, c. 78, s. 15.
