§ 26:4B-3 — Violations; petty disorderly person
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
Any person owning or operating a place of employment or public accommodation which violates this act is a petty disorderly person. L.1978, c. 162, s. 3.
