Text
No person, corporation or municipality knowingly shall maintain or permit to be maintained any pool, ditch, stream, or other body of water, or any cistern, privy vault, cesspool or other receptacle, containing liquid in which mosquitoes are breeding. L.1945, c. 192, p. 654, s. 6.
