Text
The county board of health shall, in order to perform any power delegated to it or in the performance of any duty imposed upon it by law, adopt, amend and repeal health ordinances and provide services necessary for the appropriate control of disease and the improvement of the health of citizens. An ordinance of the county board shall be effective and enforceable only within the area of jurisdiction of the county board. L.1975, c. 329, s. 8, eff. April 1, 1976.
