§ 26:3A2-23 — Definitions

3.As used in this act unless otherwise specifically indicated: a. "Air pollution" means the presence in the outdoor atmosphere of one or more air contaminants in such quantities and duration as are, or tend to be, injurious to the human health or welfare, animal or plant life, or property, or would unreasonably interfere with the enjoyment of life or property anywhere in the State as may be affected thereby, but excludes all aspects of employer-employee relationships with respect to health and safety hazards within the confines of a place of employment.
b."County board" means a county board of health established pursuant to P.L.1975, c.329 (C.26:3A2-1 et seq.) and having all the powers of a county board of health provided pursuant to law.
