§ 26:2U-2 Informational manual; preparation, availability.

2. The Department of Health, in consultation with the New Jersey Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Association, Inc., and the Academy of Medicine of New Jersey, shall prepare and make available to all health care providers in the State, upon request, a manual which provides information about the clinical significance, diagnosis and treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome. The manual may contain any other information which the Commissioner of Health deems necessary and may be revised by the department whenever new information about chronic fatigue syndrome becomes available.
