§ 26:2S-33 — Adoption of regulations
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
4.The Commissioner of Banking and Insurance shall adopt regulations within 180 days of the date of enactment of this act, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary to carry out the purposes of this act. L.2019, c.3, s.4.
