§ 26:2S-15 — Compliance with department reporting requirements

15. a. A carrier which offers a managed care plan shall comply with department reporting requirements with respect to quality outcomes measures of health care services and independent consumer satisfaction surveys. b. The department shall make available to members of the general public, upon request, the results of the independent consumer satisfaction survey and the analysis of quality outcomes measures of health care services provided by managed care plans in the State, prepared by the department.
