10.The provisions of sections 1 through 12 of P.L.1993, c.288 (C.26:2Q-1 through C.26:2Q-12) shall not apply to a property owner who personally performs his own lead abatement in a dwelling unit that he occupies as his primary place of residence. L.1993,c.288,s.10.
