§ 26:2N-11 — Rules, regulations.
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
4.The Commissioner of Health shall adopt rules and regulations, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. L.2003, c.257, s.4; amended 2012, c.17, s.289.
