§ 26:2M-14 — Report
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The commissioner shall report to the Governor and the Legislature one year after the effective date of this act on the grant programs established pursuant to this act. The report shall include, but not be limited to: a. A description of the progress made in implementing the programs; b. The number of grantees who have established adult day care programs pursuant to this act; c. The number and characteristics of participants served by the programs; d. An evaluation of the usefulness of the programs in delaying the placement of the participants in institutions; e. An evaluation of the programs; and f. An evaluation of the potential for reimbursement for care in these adult day care centers by funding sources such as Medicaid or Medicare. P.L. 1988, c. 114, s. 6.
