New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
5.The Commissioner of Health, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2013, c.223, s.5.
