Text
Any director, officer employee or partner of a health maintenance organization who receives, collects, disburses, or invests funds in connection with the activities of such organization shall be bonded in an amount to be determined by the commissioner. L.1973, c. 337, s. 7, eff. Dec. 27, 1973.
