§ 26:2J-16 — Regulation of agents

New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The commissioner may, after notice and hearing, promulgate such reasonable rules and regulations, which have been approved by the Commissioner of Insurance, as are necessary to provide for the certification of agents. An agent as used herein means a person directly or indirectly associated with a health maintenance organization who engages in solicitation or enrollment for compensation. L.1973, c. 337, s. 16, eff.
