§ 26:2J-28 — Commissioner of health's authority to contract
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The commissioner or where applicable the Commissioner of Insurance, in carrying out his obligations under sections 4 a.
(2), and 18 a. hereof, may contract with qualified persons to make recommendations concerning the determinations required to be made by him. Such recommendations may be accepted in full or in part by the commissioner or Commissioner of Insurance. L.1973, c. 337, s. 28, eff. Dec. 27, 1973.
