§ 26:2J-21 — Regulation

New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The commissioner may, upon notice and hearing, promulgate reasonable rules and regulations, as are necessary or proper to carry out the provisions of this act. Where applicable, such rules and regulations shall be promulgated after consultation with the Commissioner of Insurance. Such rules and regulations shall specify those determinations in this act which are to be made by the Commissioner of Insurance and shall be subject to review in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.). L.1973, c. 337, s. 21, eff. Dec. 27, 1973.
