5.A person who violates the provisions of sections 2 through 4 of this act, or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto, shall be subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions of section 19 of P.L.1954, c.212 (C.26:2C-19). L.2019, c.507, s.5.
