§ 26:2C-21 — Existing remedies not impaired
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
No existing civil or criminal remedy for any wrongful action which is a violation of any code, rule or regulation of the commission shall be excluded or impaired by this act. L.1954, c. 212, p. 787, s. 21.
