Text
No cause of action against the State or any person authorized by the Governor to enforce any order issued pursuant to this act for false arrests, false imprisonment, or other tort shall arise out of the good faith attempt of such person to enforce such order. L.1967, c. 108, s. 9, eff. June 15, 1967.
