Text
The commissioner, subject to available appropriations and grants from other sources, may provide within the Department of Health for a program of graduate study for eligible persons to attend any accredited graduate program at a college or university in order to further the training of personnel for the purposes of administering this act. Said graduate program shall be administered by the commissioner under such regulations as the commissioner shall prescribe. L.1967, c. 106, s. 15, eff. June 15, 1967.
