6.
a.The commissioner shall establish a minimum fee to be paid by each embryo storage facility at the time of application for a license and at every renewal of a license.
b.The income received from licensure and renewal fees pursuant to this section shall be appropriated to the department to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2019, c.268, s.6.
